Mr. San Martin has been with MEKCO Group Aviation since May 2025. He is a seasoned aviation professional with over 31 year of experience in Cabin and Line Maintenance for passenger and cargo aircraft. He holds a Chilean and FAA Aeronautical License and holds a master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Naval Engineering and Aviation School. He has worked on the follow aircraft types: Boeing 737-200, Boeing 767-300, Boeing 787-8/9, Airbus 320 Family, Airbus 340.
When Hugo is not thinking about aircraft, he is as master chef behind the bar-b-que (we have experience on this!) and in the kitchen. He is passionate about his granddaughter and grand dog.

Mr. Morales is new to the aviation industry joining MEKCO Group in August of 2023. A Miami native, Norwin is currently working on his Business Management degree and working toward the aviation field.  With 6 years of project management experience and 8 years of freight forwarding,  Aviation is a field in which Mr. Morales wants to expand his knowledge in and learn what the industry has to offer. He is also a die-hard Miami Marlins and Brazilian Football fan.

Mr. Cribeiro joined MEKCO Group in 2025, bringing with him 5 years of experience in sales and management. A Miami native, Raul has a strong background in driving results and leading teams, skills he looks forward to applying in his new role as a program manager. Passionate about innovation and technology, he is excited to contribute to the dynamic world of aviation. Outside of work, Raul is a dedicated Miami Heat fan (and at 6”7, could be a starter), and he enjoys staying on the cutting edge of the ever-evolving world of tech.

Lazaro has over 20 years of experience in the aviation industry. He is the Chief Inspector and Lead on the wireless entertainment and connectivity system, AirFi/LEO. Lazaro has been with MEKCO Group for 8 years coming to us from Gables Engineering. His favorite part of the job, is traveling to new destinations overseeing AirFi installations.

Melisa Orozco is our accounting manager who joined the team in May 2024. Although, she was new to the aviation industry, she quickly adapted and demonstrated her exceptional skills and dedication. Melisa brings over 3 years of experience in financial management and project coordination across various sectors. Her expertise in streamlining accounting processes and enhancing operational efficiency has been instrumental in driving our business forward. Known for her quick thinking and effective problem solving, Melisa consistently exceeds client’s expectations by delivering outstanding service and results.

Andres joined MEKCO in May 2026, bringing valuable experience from his work with the City of Doral, Fl. “Andy” brings a fresh perspective to the aviation industry and a genuine enthusiasm for solving problems creatively. Outside of work, Andres is an avid sports fan—soccer holds a special place in his heart, and dare we say, a huge fan of Argentina. Andy also is a talented musician and artist, always finding his rhythm both in and out of the workplace.

Alexis joined MEKCO Group in May of 2026, as a Material and Procurement Specialist. Alexis has been in the aviation industry since 2022. An independent and self-driven individual leading to providing efficient management of inventory ensuring our technicians always have what they need at all times. Alexis brings a competitive attitude from his time of traveling to compete in sports. When not sourcing material or parts, Alexis enjoys his time off by visiting national parks and taking in all that nature has to offer.

Andres Rodriguez joined MEKCO Group in April 2026, ARod bringing valuable experience in logistics from his previous 7 year in the aviation industry. Arod has developed a strong background in aviation logistics, operations, and customer support, with a commitment to delivering efficient solutions and maintaining the highest standards of service.
Aviation has always been more than a profession for him—it is a genuine passion. The only thing he is more passionate about is baseball and those dam Yankees. Should make for lively conversation at the water cooler with the boss, a diehard Red Sox fan.

Loli has been with MEKCO Group associated companies since 2019. Loli is a vital role within the team and handles the roles of Technician and Inspector for the company. Loli enjoys spending time with her dogs and strolls on the beach are always in demand.
